The account connects your Mac to its saved security history and gives Runtrace a verified address for important service and security notices. Individual does not include fleet analytics or team policy controls.
A Mac counts while it is enrolled and active in the workspace. Deactivating it releases the seat and keeps its historical records.
No. Individual and paid fleet plans are not metered by scan or finding. Business and Enterprise include administrator-requested scans, shared remediation workflow, and reports.
Choose Enterprise when you need private deployment, custom retention, invoice-based procurement, a larger device limit, or contract-specific support and security terms.
